    • Refund Eligibility:

      • Refunds are eligible only if requested within 24 hours of purchasing the tattoo design.
      • The request must be made before any customization work has commenced on the design.

    • Non-Refundable Items:

      • Once customization work has begun on your design, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
      • Completed designs that have been delivered to you are not eligible for refunds.

    • Requesting a Refund:

      • To request a refund, please contact us at info@onitattoostudio.com or call us at 647-901-3007 with your order details and reason for the refund request.
      • We will review your request and respond within 5 business days regarding the status of your refund.

    • Refund Process:

      • Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
      • Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    • Exceptions:

      • No refunds will be granted for designs that have been downloaded or accessed.
      • Refunds will not be provided for designs altered or modified after delivery.

    • Additional Information:

      • Oni Tattoo Studio reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
      • This refund policy applies solely to purchases made for tattoo design services and does not extend to other services provided by Oni Tattoo Studio.
